Desmond™ HT has a full metal frame, offering maximum strength in long-term and acute care applications. The seating series features clean lines and a picture frame back that transitions into dining rooms, lobbies, lounges, waiting rooms and patient rooms beautifully. Urethane armcaps feature forward extended grips that make getting in and out of the chair easy.

The Desmond HT armchair is available with rear swivel casters and a lift mechanism to assist when seating people.
Two unique models are available with rear swivel casters to allow the chair to be moved easily in tight spaces and can be tipped back for repositioning. Lift mechanism models help caregivers gently reposition seated individuals with reduced risk of injury. Desmond HT seating cushions are standard with high density Ultracell foam and optional sealed seams.
